About San Diego Menopause

San Diego Menopause is a women-focused practice in San Diego, California. Led by pediatrics clinician turned menopause specialist Jennifer Davis, MD, the practice provides compassionate care and empowers women to make the best choices for their health and vitality. 

Dr. Davis earned a bachelor’s in biology and biological sciences from Rice University in Houston, Texas. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia.

Upon earning her medical degree, Dr. Davis completed a pediatric residency and then a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. 

She completed her education with a child abuse pediatrics fellowship at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California, and then worked as an assistant professor of pediatrics and medical director at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. Before opening San Diego Menopause, she cared for families and children at her practice in Point Loma.

Inspired by her own perimenopause journey, the San Diego community can now benefit from Dr. Davis’ expertise at San Diego Menopause, where she offers individualized menopause care for women of all backgrounds.
